Structural strength can guarantee the normal components of the project work, we need to understand the parts used in the design of the mechanical properties of materials before the design. Then designing the part of geometry according to the technical requirements, when the end of the design, parts to be put into use after its structural strength analysis, the strength of the parts is decided by the mechanical properties of materials used in the design and the geometric characteristics of the parts, the mechanical properties of materials have great relations with the temperature of materials. This paper is used for testing the structural strength of the center tube which is used for linking the ballistic missile warhead and the after body. Find out its aerodynamic parameters according to the geometric shape of missiles and flights, making up the progress by using Visual Clanguage. Calculate the air resistance coefficient of the ballistic missile reentry of the flight of a certain section, and calculate the air resistance and the stability of the moment which caused by the air resistance, Taking into account connecting components of a rise in temperature which is caused by the missile in flight process of vibration and the rotating movement leads to the changing of mechanical properties of the center tube. Take the stability of the moment which caused by the air resistance and the stress by the temperature considered together, then application the software of ANSYS8.0 in the center tube connecting part of the structural strength for Finite Element Analysis. The structural strength analysis of the tube which is used in the ballistic missile can be given by this paper, which can help the designing.
