| The harmonic currents are main pollution source in electronic systems, and the attention about reducing harmonic pollution is increasing in the world. Power factor correction technology is an effective method of restraining harmonic currents and increasing power factor, it can eliminate much harmonic currents, so it has been more and more attended in recent years. One of focus in Power factor correction research is novel control method. One cycle control technique is a novel nonlinear control method, it is conceived to control the duty-ratio of the switch in real time so that the average value of the chopped waveform the switch rectifier is exactly equal or proportioned to the control reference. It can eliminate automatically instantaneous error in one cycle and the error belonging to the former cycle can't be brought to next cycle. One cycle control has the merits of rapid response, invariable switch frequency, simple control circuit and easy to realization and so on. One cycle control is very developing control method.The purpose, significance and actuality of study of Power factor correction were clarified in this paper. The principles of various topologies and control methods of Power factor correction were summarized in this dissertation. One cycle control technique and apple of one cycle control technique in some converters were analyzed. After the controlled law of Boost PFC converter with one cycle control was given, stability analysis of Boost PFC converter with one cycle control was given, last simulation and modeling was given in this dissertation, stability analysis of Flyback and Half-bridge converters with one cycle control were given.Last integrated chip IR1150S of applying one cycle control technique was introduced. A 3kVA PFC converter is designed based on IR1150S , the design process and experiment results are given. Experimental results prove that the control method of this converter is simple, reliable and general. |
