With the development of modern science and technology, the factor unceasing increase that causes the quality problem of electrical energy. On the one hand is the power quality become worse, on the other hand, it is the raising of user for the requirement of power quality, how to solve this contradiction have became a difficult problem that put in front of electrical engineers. It is accurate, complete for the power quality measure is the successful necessary condition of solving this contradiction. The problem of power quality has become the focus of power profession research, and the power quality is the foundation of analysis and control the problem of power quality.The paper has analysed power quality monitor domestic and international development condition, that have indicated the meaning of research. It has ascertained the power quality monitor indexes of power quality. The indexes include voltage deviation, frequency deviation, unbalanced three-phase and harmonic content, voltage fluctuation and flicker, and brief analysis of power quality disturbance. Studies the analysis method of the power quality, in this paper it mainly utilized FFT and Mallat. Uusing TMS320F2812 of TI company as central processor. The design of hardware circuit include the circuit of analog input, the PLL circuit, the A/D conversion circuit, the circuit of memorizer interface, the circuit of serial communication interface, the circuit of key and LCD. FFT and Mallat have been programmed and debugged in CCS2.
