The paper take the straw and the wheat straw as raw material, through the hot presstechnics, and agglutination makes straw stalk wall material. Paper researched systematicallywheat straw/plastic composite, the straw particle board, hot-pressing technics, analyzed theeffect of raw material, hot press time, hot press temperature, resin content on the properties ofthe composite; analyses the material sound absorption, and the heat preservation performance;simulated the heat preservation performance of wall material under the stable state conditionUsing finite element analysis software ANSYS.The result indicated: when wheat straw, waste plastic, MDI were took as raw material,the performance could achieve the nation standard. But the cost of the plastic and MDI is high.If use UF, the cost is lower, but its mechanics performance could not achieve the nationstandard. From the use of materials, cost, performance and other aspects considered, and finallyfixed on straw and UF, Process: density of 0.7g/cm~3, resin content of 12%, hot presstemperature of 160℃, Hot press time of 12min.When thickness distributing is 20cm/40cm/20cm, heat preservation performance of thestraw wall materials is better than brick wall which thickness is 50cm. simulated thetemperature distributing of wall material under the stable state condition Using ANSYS,forecast the heat preservation performance of the wall, the results of theory analysis coincidewith the real value.
