The Design And Research Of 110KV Line Digital Protection Device On IEC61850

The substations are very important parts in the electric power system,and they have the mission for electric power conversion and allotment, which makes them in a prominent position to safety and economic operation of the electrical network.With IEC61850 standards'presenting and as to its deeper influence in the substation automation system,relay protection intelligence electronics equipments(IED) are applicable to IEC61850,which have been the important device in the substation automation system.This thesis designed the overall hardware of the 110KV line digital protection device on IEC61850.Furthermore,it made an introduction which involved the device's structure and function of hardware modulars.Then in the softeware design,the device adopted DSP/BIOS as the operating system which promised the realtime of the protection device on IEC61850;it also introduced the basic concept and principle of IEC61850.It studied and discussed thoroughly the basic algorithm,protective modular algortthm and the principle of digital protection.In the foundation,it clarified the software modular design of the protection device, include: lock type high frequency direction circuit protection,three-stage distance protection,four-stage zero-sequence current protection,reclosing,surge guard, trip, post acceleration,MMI software and etc. The article pointed out the research of the relay protection IED's communication on IEC61850; and analysised the software design of digital protection with the ether net communication. Device adopt the FEC managing BD to carry out sending data and the interrupt to receiving data, and carried on a study to safety and the credibility of the substation communication on IEC61850The whole software and hardware adopted the modular design, which had strong storing and operating ability;Software function could be enlarged if needed; Anti-interference,self-checking and self-adapting abilities were raised through processing software and hardware,which can be applicable to the transmission electric line protection in 110KV or higher voltage grade electric power system.Along with IEC61850's application and research of continuously thorough.It will have applied extensivly that the digital protection device interfacing with electronic transducers.
