| The environmental pollution and deficiency of petroleum resources have been the two serious problems against the sustainable development of the automotive industry. Using the reasonable system structure and the control algorithm optimizes work area, and realizes the function of regenerative braking, Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) can achieve the low oil consumption and the improved emission. So HEV has been accepted world-widely as one of the most promising strategy to solve the two serious problems.The typical characters of City bus are fixed traveling line, regular running time and steady driving features, where Hybrid Electric City Bus (HECB) can just develop its advantages, what's more, we can give the concept of "one route one bus", according to the particular traveling line. Then, we can gain the lowest emission of exhaust gas and the best vehicle efficiency. ALL shows that the batch processing of the HEV lies in HECB according to our national conditions.This paper takes some reseaches on productive HECB based on "Oil-Electric" HEV, choose the series structure. PSAT (Powertrain System Analysis Toolkit) is a advanced vehicle simulation tool, enhanced by the national laboratory of Argonne OF U.S., with the assistance of which, we build the key models of the driving system of "6108HGD". Composed with the rich data bank including the driver modle, we gain the vehcle modle of 6108HGD. Then we take some simulator reseaches and develop the control strateges. Running in NEDC, it shows that the CS of "power follow-by plus . switch" is feasible, results in the lower oil consumption and the improved emission.Based on the objective of industrialization, some further studies are unfolded to satisfied the target of "prolonging the battery's left-span", assisted by the means of "DMAIC" from the theory of "6Sigma"—precise, systemic and according to datum. Five detailed parameters and one overall parameter are added according to the basic CS. The results shows that the task of the cells is polished up distinctly, which ensure the cell' life-span.Finally, we take some test on the vehicle loaded in the CS of "power follow-by plus switch". All make it in driven ablility, security and emission. The oil consumption of 50km/h and Beijing operating mode reduce 15% and 10%, which shows bright market. |
