| The electric propulsion has become the development direction of the marine propulsion by its superiorities , but at present the research of surface vessel electric propulsion system in domestic is still at the start stage, and there are many problems in the practical application process, therefore, developing the modeling and simulation of the marine electric propulsion system, not only is an innovative work, but also can be used for reference to the development of the marine electric propulsion. The subject which is supported by the fund of "the marine electrical propulsion simulation lab" from Wuhan University of Technology, studies and analyzes the marine electrical propulsion system by the simulation software.The propulsion motor of marine electric propulsion system often includes following kinds: dc motor, ac asynchronous motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor. This subject regards ac asynchronous motor as propulsion motor and the motor is controlled in the way of direct torque control. This subject regards the electric propulsion system which applying the direct torque control asynchronous motor as the research object. On the basis of summing up, summarizing systemic mathematical model, the paper employ the simulation software Saber to carry on simulation analysis to the system, the groundwork can be divided into two respects of systemic modeling and simulation analysis. At first, have summed up and summarized the mathematical model of the direct torque control system. The detailed analysis and research have carried on to every parts of the direct torque control system. After it ,this subject have made further analysis and research of the characteristic of propeller and the interaction between ship hull and propeller .On the basis of this, the mathematical model of ship-propeller has been set up . In order to make analysis on computer, the model has also been ameliorated. Finally corresponding simulation model under the environment of Saber have been set up. The whole system of propulsion has been simulated and the dynamic characteristic of propeller under sea condition and reversal condition have been analyzed. Get some beneficial conclusions through the simulation analysis. Although some sub-system simulation models are deal with simply when they are set up, but the result of simulation and analyses indicates the whole marine electrical propulsion simulation model has good precision, it can well simulated the actual system working conduction in some ways, the result can be look on as prophase exploration of the little scale physics simulation that is being done in lab. |
