In this dissertation, coal characteristic, hearth frame parameter, run parameter and other ways are carried out to investigate the hearth clinker in a furnace as well as that of the 660MW boiler of HUANENG DEZHOU power plant. At the same time,â… put forward the rebuild project, thenâ… conclude the reason of all boiler hearth clinker and rebuild measurement. The reason of the 660MW utility boiler of DE ZHOU is that the bailey water wall area is too large and which lead to high temperature in hearth. Author of the thesis write program of thermal calculation with VB6.0 in order to find out the minimal area of the bailey water wall in hearth and make the temperature lowest to reduce clinker and ensure the temperature of steam-gas and control the flue gas velocity of the primary reheater low the given value. In order to avoid the clinker joining with each other, the area of the bailey water wall in hearth set down as "tessellated from" against clinker developing large area and reduce the headstream of clinker. From the study of the stress of clinker dropping from the hearth on the furnace hopper tube, we can confirm the minimal area of each bailey water wall. From water circulation and membrance water wall temperature calculation, we can confirm water-cooled wall tube don't occur film boiling and water-cooled wall tube temperature low given value. The rebuilding of the bailey water wall and the boiler run adjusted make the clinker in balance, the clinker on the bailey water wall develop definite thickness, it would be fall off and the clinker could not threaten water cooled wall. Utility boiler is safe and efficacious.
