The conventional design flow of diesel helical intake port is adopted by experience design and repeating experimentation. There are blindness and limit in conventional design, and the exploitation period is long .It hard to design accurately by the conventional way.A design example is given for diesel helical intake port by finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the geometry parameters are procured. Accurate modeling and design are realiaed by ANSYS and integration exploitation condition of Visual C++.NET. According to the analysis of CFD based on ANSYS, the reasonable amelioration projects of diesel helical intake port are put forward.The investigation of diesel helical intake port is applied. The application example shows that the application of design method based ANSYS and Visual C++.NET is favorable for overcoming the blindness and limit in conventional design, enhancing product independent development ablitity and improving quality of design and manufacture . The amelioration measures are put forward to account for the problem of FLOTRAN CFD analysis. |
