With the tall building structure developing, shear wall which can provide strong lateral rigidity with high building and has effective ductility widely applies in the high-rise building. Therefore, the simplified calculation method of shear-wall structure is relatively mature and it has formed set of integrated theories. All simplified calculation methods of shear-wall brought up presently are only suitable for invariable stiffness shear-wall, however, high-rise construction in our time is so complication from the structural system to the structural arrangement day by day that the vertical lateral rigidity of shear-wall is changing, in addition, the height of the structure is variable. In this paper, we bring up a simplified calculation law of shear-wall which can be suitable for all variable rigidity shear-wall and invariable rigidity shear-wall in order to meet the structure need to develop and which is named floor parameter method.Base on to refer to all kind of the simplified calculation method of shear-wall, we make fundamental assumptions that the variable rigidity shear-wall is simplified a cantilever beam whose stiffness is no invariable and we barely take flexural displacement of the structure into account at the same time ignoring its shearing deformation. Through introduced the initial parameter equation of the beam deflection curve, and according to the relations of internal force and displacement in every floor, we can constitute the deflection curve initial parameter equation and the corner initial parameter equation of cantilever beam, and then, according to the boundary condition, we get the expression of circular frequency and finish the structure basic frequency. In the structure static force analyzing, introducing singularity function, we can established the deflection curve and the corner initial parameter equation of the shear wall enduring exterior load, afterward taking the result of circular frequency into the equation of the force and displacement, we get the force and deformation in every floor. This method is very easy to predominated, also is not increasing the equation variable with increasing the floor. Because of its skillful derivation process and the advantage of initial parameter theory, the mathematics derivation process is quite simple. Programming composition using Matlab, we can finish the computation of structure, and compare the result with theoretical value. The result indicates that this method is easy to predominated and precision to satisfy project, more and more it can be suitable for all shear-wall structure including invariable and variable shear-wall, certainly have academic innovation and the value of the reference.
