This paper is about the study on measurement technology of cold spray gases for spacecraft attitude control. High purity gases are used in almost all weapon systems. And with improvement of the performance of the weapon systems, it becomes necessary to improve the purity of the gases. Therefore, it calls for an improvement for measurement technology of the purity of gases. The measurement devices in current military use are incapable to meet the requirements from both trainings and battle applications, especially very difficult to maintain. The paper centers on the measurement technology of micro-moisture, analyzes the principle of measuring methods for gases humidity and compares most-used measuring methods. The Dew-point system which meets the requirements of military equipments has been developed. The concrete contributions of this research are summarized as follows:1. It discusses in theory the thermodynamic status of micro moisture in the gases, the definition of gas humidity measurement and representation method.2. It analyzes common used measurement methods for micro moisture in high-purity gases. Comparison and evaluation are given about the specifications of measurement equipments and the developing trend.3. It describes in detail the design method and structural principle of the dew-point meter and implementation in engineering.4. It proposed a new refrigeration methods that uses compressed gases expenditure and semiconductor refrigeration device, which enhances the measurement range of the dew-point meter and the ability of temperature control.5. It studies the affects from Ragout's law for dew-point meter and compensation.6. It analyzes the individual parts of dew-point meter, both hardware and software.
