| Semi-metallic and non-metallic rub material is produced by various organic and inorganic fibers that are based on phenolic resin (PF). Study found the improvement of friction properties of modified resin appear after the rub material is used for some time, while the improvement is not significant and instable in the early stages. The development and application of high-speed and high-efficiency equipment need the higher requirement to the early stage properties of rub material. From the point of the safety and reliability of friction material products, the instable performance in the early stages should be quickly crossed. The paper researches the frictional mechanism of weave rubbing material and the relation between the thermal decay in the course of the rub and resin solidifying, resolving, analyze the thermal decay and early performance in the operating course of the rub material, and puts forward applying laser to modify surface of weave rubbing material.Make use of Laser shine weave rubbing material to promote further resin solidify, Use scanning electron microscopy, X-ray spectrometer and other modern means of testing to analyze friction surface morphology characteristic, and further explore the frictional mechanism of modified weave rubbing material, improve the early friction performance of rub material and shorten the early friction performance instable period of rub material. Experiment research indicates that the later surface modification can clearly improve thermal decay critical temperature and friction coefficient of the rub material, and improve the ability of thermal anti-decay.The paper also study the influence on the resin solidify and weave rubbing material properties of the parameters change of laser, adopt the method that change parameter in the laser scanning course, such as laser electric current, scan pace, distance from the focus and scan orbit, design the four factors, three-level orthogonal design method, and test the wear performance of the rub materials that is modified by laser. Based on the analysis and comparison of experiment, get the better laser parameter scope and find laser electric current has the greatest affection to friction coefficient of weave rubbing material, distance from the focus has the greatest affection to wear rate of weave rubbing material, carry a beneficial exploration on apply laser modify weave rubbing material to improve the early properties. |
