| Based on lots of literature of friction materials, the paper studies three non-Asbestos reinforced fibres and their hybid interaction's affects on friction and wear properties of vehicle brake pad by orthogonal test design variance analysis and confidence analysis, which offers an original method for a new type of friction material. Main researches of this paper are as following:1,establish the fabrication technique of test samples;2,through the research of friction and wear properties of vehicle brake padreinforced respectively with five mineral fibres and Kevlar, the hybid fibres with fibrous palygorskite(20 mesh),non-Asbetos compound fibres(NACF), spiculate fibrous wollastonite and Kevlar pulp may obtain composite cooperation effect.3,Design the formula for vehicle brake pad by orthogonal method, use varianceanalysis to deal with test datum, analyze the factors affecting friction and wear properties of products and interaction confidence. The optimum combination with cost performance are obtained to meet the properties requirements of vehicle brake pad. |
