The public progressively higher requirement of resident environment flourishes the development of architecture industry. In the process of its development, architecture energy efficiency is the magnificent symbol of the progress of architecture technology. With the high development of national economy(GDP), energy shortage, outweighed energy consumption and other problems arise saliently. Architecture energy consumption is of 30 to 40 percentage of total energy consumption, therefore, architecture energy efficiency is the key to the high and healthy development of national economy and to the relative shortage of energy.The article, on the basis of conclusion and analysis of a great many of both domestic and foreign architecture energy efficiency theories, laws, regulations and measures, compares the energy-conserved structure of architecture enclose with the traditional one of architecture enclose, by the means of taking Xi'an district as an exemplification. After analysis of exterior wall, roof, outer window and other characteristic parts of architecture enclose, it concludes the relationship between the architecture structure and energy conservation efficiency. Then, there comes the most suitable energy conservation structure towards Xi'an district.From the perspective of field measurement and Dest-h simulation, it launches quantitative analysis and simulative optimized analysis on indoor thermal environment of brick-concrete residence which is very typical in Xi'an district in 1970s and 1980s. Simulative optimized analysis is, by the means of Dest-h and on the condition of the same indoor, outdoor temperature and house type, to simulate and analyze the residence architectures which have been used energy-conserved structure in architecture enclose. By this, it is noticed that the significant change of indoor thermal environment of residence with energy-conserved structure, compared to that of the traditional one, therefore, this fact spreads out directly the prominent advantage of energy-conserved residence. After that, it, through the quantitative computation of heat consumption in transference and coal consumption for heating, quantizes the energy-conserved efficiency and then figures out the gap between residence energy consumption in Xi'an district and the national standard of residence energy consumption, which instructs the third-phase goal of realization of 65% energy consumption efficiency. Finally, it analyzes the efficiencies of energy conservation of different structures, which can provide reasonable advice for the optimization and selection of residential energy-conserved structure in Xi'an district. Meanwhile, it evaluates economic efficiency of energy-conserved residence and proof comprehensively the feasibility of energy-conserved structure, which provides a theoretical evidence and database for the frugality of energy-conserved structure.It takes comprehensive research methods to quantitative analyze the energy conservation efficiency of energy-conserved structure in Xi'an district, and then gain the quantitative data, which provides a theoretical support for the development of residential energy conservation in Xi'an district and other cold area if possible, complements the consultative data and energy consumption system of the perfection of residence in cold area, then provides a positive reference if possible.
