The paper based on the project "Research of Platform of Underwater Acoustic Device Signal Conditioner based on ARM", which aims at providing convenience for Underwater Acoustic Experiments. The system integrates in common use basic of Underwater Acoustic Instruments such as Digital Storage Oscilloscopes, Data Collector, Digital Signal Generator. This system has LCD and touch Screen having characteristic of low cost, multi-functional, portable and easy to use on the spot .This system also can connect to PC by USB2.0 Port. So you can download data of your self-defined signal wave form from PC or send what you have had collected to PC for display or further analysis.This instrument use ARM technique chip AT91RM9200 as core hardware platform and embed real time operating system uC/OS-II as software platform to construct develop platform. The development of applied programs of this instrument is based on this platform. When programming this instrument act as Digital Signal Generator, we use SPWM modulation .In this modulation we transmit the analog signal that we want to send out to PWM pulse signal .Than those PWM pulse were transmitted to power type PWM pulse to drive underwater transducer through D type Power Amplifier. During SPWM modulation DDS chip AD9834 is used to produce precise frequency.
