The active noise control(ANC) in fluid filled pipes is a new technique in the field of sound and vibration control and has been developed rapidly in recent years. ANC technique has more advantages at low frequency noise attenuation, however there are many researches on air filled pipes, few researches on press pulse of fluid filled pipes. In this paper, a set of active press pulse control system is designed. This system is made of second source basing on radial polarized piezoelectric cylinder and an adaptive control structure based on filtered-XLMS algorithm and DSP chip. Finally, an ANC system is set up to verify the control system's performance of reduction in fluid filled pipes. The result clearly shows that the control system is stable and the adopted ANC system can reduce single frequency press pulse about 30dB and random narrow-band pressure pulse about 10dB, in the range of 120~450Hz. The control is stable. The experiment is done successfully. |
