Highways in our country already formed quite scale through the nearly 20 years construction and gradually were built from the plian area to the mountainous area. Beacause of the design request and the terrain limit, The mountainous area highway construction inevitably requests to construct the tunnel. To those wiring difficult short land sector, the multi-arch tunnel is one effective method to solve the problem. At present;a lot of multi-arch tunnel have been built on many highways. In the construction of multi-arch tunnel, more and more attention are paid to construction method by the design organ, the construction organ and scientific institute.The article based on the Shangpo double multi-arch tunnel road project on Anhui Tongling to Tangkou (the South gate of Mt. Huang) section of Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway. The Shangpo is a shallow buried double multi-arch tunnel. Affected by geological structure the surrounding rock is loose and has poor capability of sustain loads.Using the tunnel as study object and construction method of double multi-arch tunnel at home and abroad that proved successful as reference, With engineerin ganalogy method and Shangpo tunnel actual geological conditions, the paper discuss the construction method of shallow buriedDouble multi-arch tunnel of soft and weak surrouding rock. Major study says:analyzingthe double multi-arched tunnel construction program theoretically; Discussion on the double-arched tunnel reasonable constructionprogram ;Adopting flexible finite element theory, simulating the tunnel construction processwith finite element analysis program ADINA; analyzing surrounding rock's stress distribution and deformation In the construction process. Against Collapse disasters and other disasters in construction process, providng variety of supplementary method to control the harm resulted from disasters, such as advanced Support method and so on. Using these measure can prevent major meltdown, and ensure the smooth construction. The monitor technology has become essential Project in tunnel construction.Datas obtained by monitoring are analyzed and feeded back.and provide the scientific basis for the tunnel construction and play an important part in optimizing Construction progress.
