This thesis explains fundamental structure and operating principle of scroll compressor, and through thermomechanical analysis of its working course, uses basic theories of thermodynamics to describe the interrelation among every state parameter of working medium in working course in terms of microcosmic, and sets up the thermodynamics model of scroll compressor; through the analysis to each leak passway of scroll compressor, uses basic theories of hydromechanics to set up the corresponding model of leakage; and through mechanical analysis to every movement part, uses basic theories of theoretical mechanics to set up corresponding dynamics model. Through mathematical model of working course, studies out Energy Efficiency Ratio, and regards its reciprocal as objective function, regards structural parameters of scroll plate as pitch,wall thickness,tooth depth as design variable, choose right constraint condition, and sets up mathematical model of optimization design, then uses penalty function method and simplex method to optimize it, and at last get a perfect outcome.
