Building energy saving load calculation is the basis of building energy saving. By manual calculation it requires much labor and long design period and much professional, so it brought so much inconvenience to designers. Under such circumstances energy saving software appears. The veracity and easy operation are the significant reasons which restrict the development of the software for energy load calculation .This article is based on the crosswise task "the develop of softwares for civil building energy saving load " and on the building structure thermal technical theoretical study. First, we dealt with the calculating method of energy consumption and knew that it is imprecise to calculate energy saving with the traditional method. So we made theoretical calculation for building night hourly load with one-dimensional steady–state model .Finally we obtained that under the standard condition of heating and air conditioning ,night radiation made the outdoor air synthetically temperature descend 2~3℃.Such made the building heating load without considering night radiation reduce approximately 8.4% compared with practical load, so we obtained the conclusion the mentioned load should be contained during winter night running of the heating and air conditioning systems; Second , we studied the problems of large cold wind infiltration calculation error with traditional method, solved it with the relative method cited from"building structure load criteria"GB50009-2001.So we provided new method of it; at last, for the problems that it is blurry to explain the heat resistance of double glazing with a air interlayer in some literatures ,we analyzed the effect of air thickness to heat resistance with the different air thickness from 10mm to 70mm of double glazing and got the conclusion that 20mm is the best one ,provided the experience and data for engineering practice.This article applied above theories to the compiling of building energy saving load softwares and finally got the ones that make it convenient to communion of man and machines ,accurate to calculate, able to accord with engineering practice. It has certain theoretical significance and actual application value.
