Design And Research Of YYC-80 Double-Acting Hydraulic Pile Hammer With Double Cylinders Based On Virtual Prototyping Technology

Hydraulic pile hammer is an ideal prefabricated pile driving machines in a few years recently. It's used in all kinds of construction sites, such as construction, bridge, dock and so on. With the development of science and technology, the prefabricated pile driving machines evolve from block hammer, steam-hammer, diesel hammer to hydraulic hammer. Not only is hydraulic pile hammer suited to several of soils and piles, but also can hit the incline piles. At the same time, it has many advantages, such as efficient work without waste gases and noises. Hydraulic pile hammer is used widely and formed series in developed countries now. However, there is an immense disparity between the developed countries and our country in the field. So, deeply studying hydraulic pile hammer has important significance for accelerating quickly development of hydraulic pile hammer in our country.The work principium of double-acting hydraulic pile hammer with double cylinders is studied in detail in the paper, the parameters of hydraulic cylinders of eight-ton-double-action hydraulic pile hammer with double cylinders is designed on the basis of it. Moreover, I also design and calculate every part of double-acting hydraulic pile hammer with double cylinders. Then, using of knowledge of virtual prototyping technology, the 3-D solid model of the parts of double-acting hydraulic pile hammer with double cylinders are built and virtual assembly is complete using the software of PRO/E by the technique of character modeling and parameterized. Utilize the mechanism of PRO/E to set up the movement situation of components of double-acting hydraulic pile hammer with double cylinders and carry it out motion simulation. Then by means of the visual vivacious MPEG movie, we can see the motion of hydraulic pile hammer and analyze the result of motion simulation.The paper have systematically studied the application of virtual prototyping technology on double-acting hydraulic pile hammer with double cylinders, and have the important guidance significance to its design and manufacture. Besides, the idea "analyzing — modeling — virtual assembly — simulation" has important practical significance for shortening product exploiting cycle and increasing produce productivity.
