Endocrine Disruptors (EDs) is a kind of chemical substance which can enter into the human body, play the roles of estrogen and endanger humankind's healthy. EDs are artificial synthesization and was let into environment complying with human production and life. EDs which have bring out abroad attention in world lead to the descent of reproductive organism and product great harm for creature including human being. The EDs of water have been recognized by environmental scholar because of the free release of industrial and Municipal Wastewater.In this study, the water sample collected from Xi'an Beishiqiao Wastewater Treatment Center was analysised and the distributing of EDs in city waste water was investigated. The Analytical method was established to analysis 3 catalogue (11 species): PAEs (diethyl(o-) phthalate, DEP; dibutyl(o-) phthalate, DBP; dicyclohexyl(o-) phthalate, DCHP; dioctyl(o-) phthalate, DOP and diisooctyl(o-) phthalate, DIOP), Chlorophenolic compounds (bisphenol A, BPA; 2,4-dichlorophenol, DCP and pentachlorophenol, PCP) and Estrogens (estradiol-17β, E2; estrone, E1 and estriol, E3) and test and evaluate the treatment characteristic of them.Study showing that the concentration of three kinds of EDs have raised after 2006.4, and reach the max in 2006.7. In EDs of city waste water the concentration of DBP is the highest, DOP and DIOP is second-class. The concentration of E2 and E3 in city wastewater are rich, additionally, the concentration of DCHP have great fluctuate according to time which is unconformity with others PAEs.Comparing with the characteristics of different technics to erase EDs, we can draw a conclusion that biology secondary treatment has certain effect to erase EDs, especially for PAEs and Estrogens reaching 90 percent while it is poor to erase Chlorphenol compounds. Although the biology secondary treatment and disinfection by Chlorine can erase the EDs partly, it product new contamination because some substance which is not contamination combining with Chlorine which made Chlorphenol compounds doubled than pre-treatment. The study show that disinfection by Ozone can make up of the shortcomes of disinfection by Chlorine.To erase EDs, O3-BAC is the optimal water treatment technic in Ultrafiltration, Ozone- Granular Active Carbon (O3-GAC) and Ozone- Biology Active Carbon (O3-BAC).
