The use of the reverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramic can be easily exported to achieve greater precision in the position control. We can make actuator. In recent years these devices on research and application develop very quickly, and have formed an important branch of functional ceramics.Because displacement and force are two fundamental variables in nature and techniche, it is a set of the new solid-state devices on the structural components and the integration of electronic components . This kind of device has been widely used or will soon be used in the precision machinery and precision machining. However, the application of piezoelectric ceramics is exported small force. On the basis of this basic kNowledge of the piezoelectric ceramic,the text researches the piezoelectric devices which can output large force, and the application on the source of standard force. The main points are the following:1. Introducing the classification,the characteristics,the application and the current development status and trends at home and abroad of the piezoelectric micro-displacement device. Piezoelectric actuators use electromechanical coupling effect which is the reverse piezoelectric effect or electrostrictive effects to produce micro-displacement. Using electromechanical coupling effects, high resolution can be achieved, and the speed of electromechanical coupling effects is very quick, heat exchange with the outside world could not be considered to be similar to the adiabatic process, there is no heat. We use the micro-displacement effects of electromechanical coupling, and only need control the applied voltage, can be easily migrated to achieve even higher accuracy. 2. Introducing the general basic kNowledge of piezoelectric ceramics, and we analyse the theory of the piezoelectric micro-displacement technology with grand loading capacity, and deduct the role of the principle. Using piezoelectric actuators to achieve the precision displacement is widely used. In these applications, the drive to overcome the load is often smaller. The text researches output to high-thrust, the main purpose of overcoming the big load piezoelectric actuator technology and its applications. The research of making a big load of piezoelectric ceramics is unique in the world, This has been done by the force of 5 MN.3. We do some test for the selected compression strength of the piezoelectric ceramics in order to better control and apply piezoelectric ceramics. Piezoelectric devices in the process of use should be under a lot of pressure, and have deformed .so we should estimate its compressive strength before the use to better design completed, and it will not be dug up at work. We control the output of force by controlling precision displacement, so deformation test is necessary.4. We do some test for the application of piezoelectric devices in the large load stacking strength, and we introduce the superposition principle of the composition and work of the Building-up Force Standard Machine. The building-up Force Standard Machine as a standard power metering equipment, due to low prices, efficient and user-friendly features, is widely welcomed by load sensor manufacturers and force workers. In this paper, we study the use of piezoelectric ceramic piezoelectric effect in the value of stacking strength and control aircraft, in order to enhance the value of such a force measurement equipment, improve the power accuracy, efficiency of production, and to reduce production costs and achieve automation.5. We do some test for the application of piezoelectric devices in a large load on the thrust of test system, we focus on the design of the system of the Automatic Hydraulic Loading system and we introduce its components and principles. Situ measurement system verification must be carried out before the rocket thrust measurement test. The traditional manual calibration exist some weakNesses such as value stability problems, labor-intensive, low efficiency and reliability of data. Because the nature of the situ calibration process is essentially accurate control of the process of displacement loading device. In this paper, we use the piezoelectric ceramic technology which can output precision displacement and the heory and methods to achieve rapid automated in situ calibration of precision measurement system,and we develop a test device to test.These are the key elements of the thesis.It proves that the technology is very valuable by the theoretical analysis and practical application of the technology of the piezoelectric actuator with grand loading capacity, and there may be output larger force,so there is the need for further research.
