Corn deep processing applies physical, chemical and fermentation engineering techniques to produce several thousands products including corn starch, edible alcohol, fuel ethanol and chemical alcohol etc. Finding from a survey shows that in recent years, corn processing industry in many areas has been rapidly developed driven by multiple factors. The capacity of new corn processing projects plus planned future projects has exceeded the local output, resulting in"repeated construction and overcapacity"of nationwide core deep processing industry.The paper analyzes historical issues associated with corn deep processing park, mainly:(1) Most products are primarily processed as a result of shortage in raw material supply due to limited corn produced in the area where the park is located.(2) Mishandling of environmental issues has certain negative impact on the environment.(3) Low value added products and simple by-product structure, leading to very limited economics.(4) Insufficient management of the park resluts in blindly increase of enterprises and limited planning of the park leads to repeated enterprises in the park.An eco-industrial park is a new type of industrial park designed and established according to the idea of cycle economy, the principle ofindustrial ecology and the requirement for cleaner production. It enables resource sharing by exchanging by-products from different plants and/or enterprises through goods or energy flow etc.to establish cycle of"producer– user– degrader", turning wastes or by-products from one plant into raw material or energy for another to achieve close loop cycle and multi-level usage of energy as well as minimizing wastes. The park achieves coordinated development in economy, social ecology and environmental benefits through exchange of products, by-products and wastes, tiered usage of energy and water, and co-building & sharing of infrastructure. Targeted at economic benefits and social function of enterprises, it covers production, circulation, consumption, recycle, environmental & ecological construction and capability building vertically, as well as production techniques and operational modes of different industries horizontally. It incorporates construction of production base, surrounding environment, social infrastructure and community civilization etc. into aligned planning and management of the eco-industrial park to seek for effective utilization of resources and energy as well as complete disposal and zero discharge of harmful wastes.The thesis of corn deep processing industry in-depth investigation and intensive processing of corn the fastest growing Jilin study. The key to species ecology theory, the food chain and food web theory, Niche theory and ecosystem diversity theory of theoretical foundation. Rely on the understanding of corn industrial park which has been established in JiLin Province, it expounds the concept of corn deep processingindustry, an d it puts forward the Eco-industrial chain of corn industrial park and builds the model.The key for corn deep processing industrial park should focus on secondary processing (such as modified starch, alcohol, glucitol etc.) and tertiary processing (including Vitamins, antibiotics, plastics etc.) .Every corporation in the maize deep processing Eco-industrial park could only occupy some parts of the Eco-resources space during one period. The part which it occupies is called corporation-niche. In one collectivity, the corporation which belongs to the different niche could obtain different benefits as a result of the unitive distribution of the market. It can avoid the malignant competition that caused by the similar park-orientation. It can make the park developed well while ensuring the corporations and products full of multiformity.The principle of ecology industry chain of corn deep processing eco-industrial park is to guarantee the production of key plants. To use the reference of food chain and food network in the natural eco-system, according to matter, energy, information mobile rule of the system, the park constructs the ecology industry chain, supplies products and exchanges byproducts athwart ships, and connects the two and three industries lengthways. The park realizes the exchange between matter, energy and information and builds the eco-industrial chain, that is material circulation ecology industry chain, energy stave usage ecology industry chain and water circulation usage ecology industry chain and information chain.In order to verity the effectiveness & correctness model proposedin the paper. This paper will further take the cases of two corn deep processing industrial parks as examples, apply quantitative analyses to the enterprise selection, ecosystem building and economist contributions to the society.(1) The ecosystem in the corn deep processing industrial park is reasonably built, forming resource, energy and water recycling system industrial chain and information chain.(2)With cutting-edge technologies,and state-of-the-art manufactur- -ing level, enterprises in the park lower the cost of production, which greatly improved the completability of the product in a international marketplace, gaining a lot economic benefits.(3) With proper management of environments, the industrial park it self has been on a clean manufacturing with zero emission, adopting ISO14000 environments system. Via different levels of management, the park has built a image of good environments and ecosystem.(4) The park has been a pioneer in the economic growth, creating work opportunities. Meanwhile, it has boosted the crone growth in the rural part, increased the income of local peasants and improved their lives.
