Along with the car industy require fine quality aluminium alloy whell increasingly,Due to excellent quality and unique performance of forged aluminium alloy wheel,now it is more and more popular.But the manner of forging is complex and the forged aluminium alloy whell is very expensive.It is urgent need to solve the problem of how to produce aluminium alloy wheel efficiently and economically.Therefore,the traditional of forging technique need to improved on uninterrupted.With the guidance of precision forming of complex components,based on the forging theory of opened-die and closed-die forging,combining the technique of alauminium alloy forging and considering the characteristics of car wheel,the new forging technology of aluninium alloy wheel is planned.It is adopt half closed-die forging for the preforging and opened-die forging for the finish-forging.It is aimed to enhance the performance and reduce the cost of manufaceure of alauminium alloy wheel.By the use of the CAD system in Unigraphice(UG),the three-dimensional model of die of wheel can be set up parametrically.According the rigid-plastic finite element method,using the finite element numerical simulation soft—DEFORM-3D,simulate the forming processes of wheel forge piece,bring foreword influence wheel shape's processes paramenter.So the rule of metal flow and the distributions of stess,strain,velocity and temperature field can be obtained,as well as the stroke-load curve .focusing on the preforging,the influence of the main forming paramenters on metal flow and forming load,and the influence of forming velocity on die temperature field are studied.On the basis of the above ,the forming paraments are optimized.The forged-forming technology of aluminium alloy wheel which this page confirms offers theoretical basis and technological parameters for practicalproduction, and makes it possibly produce high-quality and low price.It also provides experience for the precision forming of the similar complex parts.The result plays guidance on the production of aluminium alloy wheel forge piece.
