Tractor and truck usually produces strong vibration when they are working, this vibration badly affects the driver's health and control stability. To solve the problem ,one of efficient way is use seat-suspension, but most of seat-suspension is linear, this style of seat can hardly meet both vibration stroke and the requirement of human-body riding comfort simultaneously, while the non-linear characteristic's seat-suspension can overcome this problem. So researches on nonlinear seat-suspension are very important and have significant meaning in both theory and practice.According to the random vibration theory, this article simplified the body-seat system model. Through the acceleration power spectrum, the author optimized the academic elasticity characteristic curve.According to the mechanical feature of nonlinear seat suspension, the weight-adjusting assembly was designed, which made the nonlinear seat suspention more extendible and popular. And then, the three-dimension model was made, which grounded for latter study.Targeting the academic elasticity characteristic, the outline of cam was calculated by the means of FEM. With reasonable and suitable simplifications, a fine FEM model of the nonlinear seat suspension was established by Hypermesh and ANSYS software. The nonlinear explicit dynamic analysis of the mechanism was solved, and then the outline of cam was determined.Base on the design drawing, nonlinear seat-suspension entities was manufactured. The outline of cam was corrected following the academic elasticity characteristic. Secondly, the seat-suspension was assembled on NJ6596AEF car. Comparing with the former seat-suspension, the road driving easement is judged. Finally, the conclusion was made that designed seat-suspension improved dynamic performance.This paper deeply researched on structure of nonlinear seat-suspension, exerting FEM software to do explicit dynamic analysis. It provides reference for actual production.
