With high speed developing of Chinese economy, High speed increasing of vehicles retaining brought problem of energy sources lacking .To resolve energy sources lacking, People are developing types of new energy sources except for traditional fuel. LPG as substituting fuel is potential. With unceasing increase of transportation pipeline on LNG in city, LNG will be used cosmically to civil fuel in city. Part of LPG will be released from fuel market in city.source of LPG has two in China: The first, LPG is obtained from oil field, there isn't alkene in it. It can directly be used as vehicles fuel; the second, There is 85 percent of LPG from oil refining factory in China. LPG from oil refining factory is produced by catalyzing and cracking device. There is large numbers of alkene in it. Gross of alkene may reach 60 percent. At present, standard on vehicles LPG in China regulate: Gross of alkene doesn't exceed 10 percent. High alkene LPG doesn't accord with Standard on vehicles LPG in China. This decreases output of vehicles LPG. Whether High alkene LPG made in China is used as alkene fuel, we can educe conclusion by study on Standard on vehicles LPG in USA. And standard on vehicles LPG in Japan. High alkene LPG made in China from oil refining factory can be used as vehicles fuel, but it must wipe off soluble solid leavings, dissociative water and mechanical impurity. We validate it by systemic experiment.Aiming at the resource distribution and component traits in our country, the experiment of high alkene LPG used as vehicle fuel was done in this paper through the vehicle test,engine test and simulated test. Through the analysis of influence of high alkene LPG on the vehicle total emission, engine performance of power,economy,emission,reliability and vehicle evaporator, some conclusion was drawn:Section 1: Total Emission Test:1 The NOx emission is decreased along with the increase of total alkene; the CO,HC emission is not affected obviously by the alkene change. In sum, the  increase of alkene didn't exert much influence on the emission.2 Form the view of fuel economic test, the total alkene didn't exert much effect on the fuel consumption.Section 2: Engine Performance Test:1 Power performance:The power of engine fueled with high alkene sample LPG is 0.75% less than the engine fueled with low alkene averagely. so, it we can say that the engine power performance is not influenced much when fueled with high alkene LPG. that is to say, the amount of alkene in the vehicle LPG is not the determining factor to the engine power performance.2 Economic performance:The economic performance engine fueled with high alkene sample LPG is better under the operation of full load and constant speed.3 Emission performance:Under the operation of full load and constant speed, the CO,HC and NOx emission is less than that of low alkene LPG. So we can conclude that: if increasing the alkene amount, the engine power performance will not decrease obviously, and the economy and emission will be better.Section 3: Reliability Test:1 In the reliability test, the main reason of power loss is the friction of valve and valve seat, and it has no direct relation with the alkene amount in the LPG fuel.2 High amount of alkene has much influence to the wear of evaporator diaphragm.Section 4: the influence test of alkene amount on the evaporator performance: The increase of alkene amount exerts little influence on the production of caking matter in the evaporator. |
