The paper analyzes development situation of Bionic detecting system motion plant for domestic and foreign, meets the need for the lib environment and technical target, and designs the plan for the project.The paper proposes plant motion mode for the horizontal and vertical relatively draught, solves the technical and motion interference problem of achieving curves motion in upright plane, realize several curves motion such as straight line, parabola and sine wave. The horizontal tense stretching rope equipment resolves the tense asymmetric problem for flexible stretching rope, and the bionic module realizes stability and reliability.Then, the paper designs and carries out the hardware circuit of the system. It includes control module using single-chip computer as core, import module about key board and button, display module, voltage level protect module, communication interface module and so on.In addition, the paper designs the control algorithm to resolve the step-lose problem in start and accelerate stage, it put forwards the position compensation algorithm, using experience accumulated in experiment, and it has designed and improved the control system software.Finally, through debugging and experiments, we have proved that the system is reasonable and the bionic module's motion is reliable. The system has achieved random curves motion which can regulate the velocity between 0 to 1.5 m/s in the given plane.
