The Analysis And Forcast On The Slag Characteristic Of Swirl Combustion Boiler Of ZhongNing Power Plant

Slag, which affects the boiler safety and economic operation seriously, exists widely in pulverized-fuel boiler. This thesis is study of the 330MW unit's boiler of the Zhongning power plant,using the method of faintness judgment and reliable indicators ,establishing faintness model and designed the calculative program of analysis forcast to deal with the datas of twelve burning working condictions of Zhongning power plant, and to forecast the slag conditions and giving analysis. In accord with the report of the burning-adjustment of the plant, the simulation results are basicly inaccord with the facts. According to this we proposes specific measures and means on the prevention or reduction of the slag.This thesis does a analysis forcast basing on the slag of the bolier of Zhongning power plant,it does a better general result, which gives some theretical guidance to the design of the bolier and the operation of power plant.
