Due to the serious deformation of blank high rate of recovery and ignored insulation barrier of blank during the long-term production of Nickel buckles, Nickel buckles grow up to be wasters and difficult to trip, which have effect on the serial and automatic production. Thus, this article do some researches to solve the above questions and make noticeable effectiveness.1. In this article, the question that ignored insulation barrier of blank, nickel buckles grow up to be wasters and difficult to trip, can be solved by screen printing technique, which have thick ink strong covering, can use different kinds of ink to print, and the stock have no limit in shape and size. Therefore, it come up with the method of screen printing. Anticorrosion and insulation material with the grow pattern of 28×27 of nickel buckles, are through-carved printed to stainless-steel blank to manufacture insulating layer of nickel buckles . The results show that, it is practical and feasible to prepare insulating layer of nickel buckle though screen printing technique, and it solve the difficult questions by traditional process, and make good acquirement.By doing the orthogonal test, the optimized processing conditions for manufacturing the insulation layer of nickel button anode plate with silk screen printing technology were confirmed: the temperature of the printing room is 22℃, the speed of paring off the ink is 200mm/s,the angle of the drawknife is 45°,the distance is 8 mm,the drying temperature is 150℃.Overprinting under the condition of this best craft, the insulate layer of nickel button anode plate with good performance was finished.2. When the blank are full of nickel buckles and difficult to trip, it is intensity to trip the nickel buckles by hand, and destroy the surface insulating layer of blank, which all lead to discontinuous production and increase the cost of production. So, through applying mechanic design CAD technique PLC PRO/E modeling system simulation and theoretical knowledge of some application software synthetically, a nickel buckles trip equipment used in tripping of blank is designed successfully. From the utilizing results, it can not only reduce the labor intensity increase production efficiency, but also increase the automatic level. Meanwhile, it almost has not damage to insulation layer of blank when trip mechanically, so the insulation layer of blank can be used repeatedly, which decrease the cost of production and make benefit for the company.
