Abstract/Summary:
Intelligent Composition Detecting Instrument of Sn-Pb Alloy is a kind instrument, which can measure the Real-time Pb-percent of melted Sn-Pb alloy, showing the date on LCD, and then transmission the date that would be showed and stored by supervisor. This instrument can be applied not only to crystallization machine, but also to Vacuum Separating-Lead Furnace, it can help these machines by detecting the real-time Pb-percent of Sn-Pb alloy. The mainly researching content of this thesis is following:A new method of Sn-Pb alloy composition detecting was found by studying the characteristic of Sn-Pb alloy and the research-works of researcher before. According the new method and studying, a draft of Intelligent Composition Detecting Instrument of Sn-Pb Alloy was got. At the same time, the functional requirement was also made. According the functional requirement, the hardware and software of the instrument were designed based on the Chips and Delphi. Then developed and debugged the programmes of date processing, compensation, regulating, transmission, database, human-computer interaction. A mini Intelligent Composition Detecting Instrument of Sn-Pb Alloy was made. In addition, the inaccuracys of the dates acquired were analyzed.The Intelligent Composition Detecting Instrument of Sn-Pb Alloy which was made by this thesis has realized Date Acquisition, Date processing, LCD show, Date Transmission, Date Shown and Date Stored by the supervisor. The method and technology can also be applied to detect composition of other melted alloy; it is also the foundation to realize the automation of crystallization machine.
