The lubricating and cooling of the high-speed gear as well as the control of the fuel's temperature at the inlet of the fuel pump are both difficult problems in the process of the fuel pump test stand's design. The two problems are researched in this paper.For the lubricating and cooling of the high-speed gear: first, gear's lubricating principle and invalidation are analyzed. Second, the lubrication's type and viscosity are selected. At last, the high-speed gear's lubricating mode and lubrication's supply mode are selected; also, the lubrication's supply flux is computed. Lubricating the gear with the selected lubrication, supply mode, and properly amplified flux, the effect is good.For the control of the fuel's temperature at the inlet of the fuel pump: first, PID control's principle and digital PID control algorithm are introduced; at the same time, delta PID control algorithm which based on single-neuron is imported. Second, the mathematical model of the fuel control at the fuel pump's inlet is built, and the performance target is brought forward; using the neural network's self-study ability, program is compiled to simulate the model, and three PID control parameters are preliminarily got. Finally, simulating again with the three parameters, the neuron proportional coefficient is changed to get satisfying control effect and final control parameters. Controlling the temperature with the three final control parameters, the result is satisfying.
