With the requirement of better power quality and the development of digital control technology, much attention has been paid to the PWM rectifier both home and abroad. The digital signal processor (DSP) is of great function, fast speed and reliable quality; therefore it is promising in the digital control field. This paper first builds the PSIM simulation models of the PWM current-source rectifier system based on the analysis of its fundamental theories, mathematical models and control methods. Furthermore, it designs the control system of the three-phase PWM current-source rectifier having TMS320LF2407A as its vital part, and thoroughly elaborates on the hardware and the software of the experiment. Finally, it presents the experimental results and relevant analysis. The work of the paper can be referred to in the industrial development of PWM rectifier.
