City CBD Design Research

With the acceleration of China urbanization,Our cities'functional and structural scale are becoming more and more accumulated. The central district of the city is enduring great changes of its'urban structre and land using. Nowadays,many cities of china are planning their central business district (CBD) with a fast pace to magnify their ability to compete with other cities and to built new urban images to attract more investment.Although some developing plans come from the cities'cultural and economical needs,a lot of them are based on the purpose to make profit by rising the land and houses'price of the surrounding metropolitan areas with speculation.Under this background and out of the purpose of society fairness ,borrowing the updating theoretical and practicing research of domestic and international scholars,this work tries to take the urban planning of the"Wenzhou Yangfushan CBD"as an example ,proposing strategy discussings for this type of"CBD"planning,and hope to finally find out new ideas for making these complicated planning for nowadays Chinese fast developing country.This thesis conatins 7 chapters.Chapter1: Introduction.This chapter present the research topic's background and purpose ,summarize many ploblems of the"CBD"planning and consruction of nowadays china,and describe the framework and principle of the research..Chapter2: First,summarize the orign of the"CBD",then describe the characters,functional constrctions, scales and some examples of nowadays domestic and international CBD.Finally, make conclusions of the most important aspects.Especially, clearify the concepts of CBD (central business district) and CCD( city central district).Chapter3: Specifically concentrate on the two aspects of th research– 1,The classification of the different types of"CBD"s on their scales and the clearifying of the actural area of the"CBD". 2,The transportation research of the"CBD".This two aspects are not only the emphercis but also the hard nuts to crack of our research.Chapter4: Investigate and analyse the background and principles of our"Yangfushan CBD".Propose our framework of this plan.
