VRLA is widely used in our industry product.Charge is a very important question in the using of VRLA. But the industry charger now used is not suitatble.The charge line of the power supply is not suit the propety of VRLA, It reduce the life of VRLA. So develop a suitable charger is a very important thingThrough anysising the theory of VALA ..using pusles charge is a good to charge the VRLA.The main ciruit adpot the DC/DC converter. To realize soft switching of all switches, the theory of the topology of PS Full-Bridge Zero-Voltage-Zero-Ciruit Switching PWM dc converter with auxiliary net is studied in detail and the different way of designing parameter as the switch is IGBT are presented The circuit simulation has been done on the requiring technology index.The topology commendably solves the problem of soft switching The result of simulation verified the duty loss is comparatively less.In accordance with the demands of the charger.this paper buit the small-sigal model of phase shift Full-Bridge Zero-Voltage-Zero-Ciruit Switching PWM dc converter. Design the close-loop of converter in the voltage control model.The system designed in the paper is simulated with Matlab.The result of simulation verified the sys is suitable the demands of the charger.The PS-FB-PWM integrated contoller UCC3895 and high performance mcu Aduc812 is the core controller chip.Design the charger control system.The emphase of researching work are on expriment based on the results and simulation.Design and make the high fequence transformer.The experiment results verified the researching work.
