In the thesis the Object-oriented technology and layered design method have been used to build a performance simulation system for aeroengine. Based on function analysis of components in representative turbojet- and turbofan-engine, the summarized mathematical model was built up by modularization modeling method and programmed under C++ language. Various tasks can be undertaken under this union framework such as simulation of design and off-design performance at steady state and dynamic process, and for engine with afterburnner as well. Validation on various examples demonstrated preliminarily the flexibility of the framework. The real-time simulation of a one-spool turbojet engine system with fuel controller has been successfully implemented on the base of the simulation software.Firstly, the compositive components, function and correlativity of flow parameter of a representive engine were analyzed theoretically in detail. Secondly, the engine was modelized by modularization modeling methond. Thirdly, after discussing the numerical methods, the simulation system with the class-hiberarchy character was constructed by the object-oriented technology and the down-top analytical method and programmed under C++ language. Finally, the software for the areoengine performance simulation system was built on the base of Tri-hiberarchy software development method which is suit for the object-oriented simulation system most and gratifies the requirements of performance simulation.The built simulation system framework and simulation software for aeroengine performance can be used as a potential tool for performance analysis and simulation of engine. It can also provide as guidance for design and study of engine controller. Besides, the reliable engine models have been provided for implementing the associated simulation of airplane-engine with closed loop speed control. The application of this simulation system has proved functional in an engineering project.
