| With the development of automobile industry, more attention is paid to ride comfort of automobile. Rubber is a kind of viscoelastic material, rubber element's working performance is to damp vibrating system, and absorb high-frequency vibration of automobile. So rubber element is widespread applied to automobile, and it has been indispensable part of automobile. Nowadays natural parameter of rubber element cannot be calculated by fixed quantity. Rubber element's performance is tested by test in specific condition. So research of rubber element's service test is important.Test methods of rubber element's dynamic and static characteristic are researched. First, establish model: The conception of structural damping is introduced. Rigidity-structural damping model of rubber element is established, and it is simplified to rigidity-equivalent viscous damping model of rubber element. Plural rigidity model of rubber element is established, rigidity-structural damping model is equivalent to plural rigidity model in complex number field. Second, test methods of rubber element's characteristic, such as test of static characteristic, test of transmissibility, test of dynamic parameter, test of temperature comparison, test of absorbing comparison of rubber bush and shock absorber and unit assembly of them, are set forth. Natural parameters of rubber element could be teseted in different view, and the rules of it could be indicated in different states. Last, the results are analyzed and disposed by building the test systems and programming through LabVIEW. |
