Recently, according to the quickly development of the electronic technology, the coming problem is the partial heat current density. Micro-channel forced heat convection is a kind of new and efficient heat control technology, which become a hot spot for domestically and abroad scholar now. When it convecting in micro channels, the flowing and conduct heat process of the liquid medium are differ more with the macroscopic classical theories. So, it have vital significance on the research of the Micro channels forced heat convection.Aimed at typical shape micro-channel(fissure)under slip confine condition ,it used dauby fluid motion equation and momentum equation ,derived pace bout and running resistance. On basis of this, take a step forward in view of temperature jump- assumption of micro-fluid, from the energy equation of heat convection, the configuration of the temperature expression of micro fluid and solid wall of micro-channel in laminar flow was deduced when the heat developed discompletely, the Nusselt number which reflects the intention of heat convection was computed, and then a new expression of Nusselt number in micro-channel was given.。The simulation using Matlab software for example, also been curve with the classic understanding of fluid mechanics and heat transfer analysis of the comparison and correlation. Compared the results here with the classical theory of micro test results, and it showed that the temperature expression of this paper ican be used in engineering practice. It has temperature jump significantly in fluid and solid interface. Near the Fluid and solid bounding surface ,solid-fluid temperature and the fluid temperature is not the same. Here it can't adopt the same approach with a macroscopic scale; with the extent of the slip rate increase, the flow resistance decreases. The same time, it verifies the use of Forced-Convection Heat Transfer in Microchannel heat exchanger's good heat dissipation.
