The Research Of Control System Of Shield Machine Base On CAN Bus

With the development of railway traffic, shield machine will be used in variety of tunnel construction projects in many nations of the world. The control system of shield machine is one of several factors that the whole project can meet reqierements of original designs and pratical demands; and then accord with the quality standards which are constituted by the quality inspecting departments.In order to make the progress of localization for shield mchine more rapid, This paper comes up with a mode boldly that single-chip microcomputer and CAN bus will be used in control system of shield machine from original system. This mode not only overcomes shortcoming of its main-subordinate mode, but also saves so high cost to spend much money on buying property rights. According to its construction character, this paper puts forward a set of feasible plan, which includes the following researchs.Firstly, the whole design plan is given in details, including tramsmission mode of communication and main intelligent nodes, then the hardware for its control system is designed,especially the key intelligent controller. At the same time, PCI card is selected and used as interface for communicate between PC and CAN bus, and their communication mode is introduced.Secondly, the sofeware for control system of shield machine is completed to match its correspondence hardware according to control requirements and plans.Thirdly, configuration king is choosed to monitor the whole construction spot in PC and human-machine interface is made to monitor main real parameters. SQL database is used for saving historical and real data for reference in the future, and meanwile the communication betweeen SQL database and configuration king is done in the experiment.Finallythe problemes reqiring further studies are discussed.
