Power quality monitoring is a key part for the controlling of power quality. It also play an important role in supervising and managing of power system, and at the same time it is a necessary means for providing better power quality. It is of great important to research and develop a powerful functions power quality monitoring system, which can note indexes of power quality and can supervise polluting source during running in detail, then provide evidence for improving and renovating the power quality, and ensure the security, stabilization, economy of the power system.Actual use of power quality testing devices, or performance fine but expensive, general users can not afford, it is difficult to promote. Single or are inexpensive but functional, the parameters can not fully grasp the quality of electrical energy. Therefore, it is essential to develop a functional and suitable for the promotion of energy-quality testing devices.Based on discusser of the power quality conception,the thesis introduces some research findings of Power Parameter Testing Device Based on TMS320F2812 that author design and develops from software and handware . They are mainly as follows:Firstly, the thesis detailedly analyzes the characteristic of TMS320F2812, and the tealization of hardware&software function of the device's signal sampling , data analyse, man-machine module and communicating module.Secondly, it gives the measuring principle of some electric parameters as frequency/period, effective value of voltage and current, power and electric energy, etc.Thirdly, it analyzes the main reasons that cause the measuring accuracy and gives the solutions to the specific problems.Fourthly, it fully uses the characteristics of ADC in TMS320F2812 to perform harmonic wave acquisition, adopts FFT algorithm and FIR digital filter to reduce frequency aliasing, frequency leakage and fence effect that occurs during the measuring of harmonic wave, and also gives some simulating results to indicate the effect after adoting the above three techniques.Lastly, An experiment was made with the device contrast with another device , based on the anlyse of the error, some advices were given.
