The pressure of the modern power system transmission gallery has been more and more heavily. It has been the main reason for systems security operation that the systems loss its running stability because of the fault of transmission systems. It has been showed well that studying the system security after random faults uses the probabilistic security method. Currently, the model of probabilistic insecurity index has been established and presented based on the achievement of the study on the probabilistic analysis of transmission system.Based on this achievement, this dissertation makes a study of the Dynamic Security Region of various random faults and gains some regulations: 1) the corresponding hyperplanes of Dynamic Security Region of different fault locations have an extraordinarily good parallel property but still have a minor angle; 2) taking the hyperplane of the Dynamic Security Region of one end point of the transmission line as the reference, along the transmission line the diversity of the angles between the various location's hyperplanes and the reference are approximation linear. Based on the above a rapid calculation method named angle even rotation is presented, the illustration indicates the precision of the method can meet the engineering demand. After establishment of the angle even rotation method, this dissertation makes it combination with index of the probabilistic insecurity and the model of optimistic transient stability emergency control to present an emergency control model based on probabilistic insecurity. This model can calculate the probability of systems losing stability and preserves the optimistic model's feature. Test on the New England 10-generator 39-bus test system shows that the presented model is valid.
