Cooperating with our industrial partner, China Lucky Film Corporation, we introduced a mini fiber colorimeter for detecting the colorimetric values of printings. Currently the colorimetric devices are sold in high prices, and most of them were not designed specially for the colorimetric detection of printings. The colorimeter which will be used in online detection should have small size, lower cost and proper precision. The system should follow the requests of printing colorimetric detection, the repeat errorΔEab<0.1, and the colorimetric values of samples should be showed at real time.The major work in the paperA wholly design scheme of the colorimeter has been provided according to the special requests of the colorimetric detection of printings.The optical part of the system was performed by using plane grating and M-type optical structure.Analyzed the aberration caused by polymer optical fiber by experiments, and found out the solution.Central control module was designed by using TCD1501C, Msp430 and Lattice mach 4064 CPLD. Schematic and PCB are accomplished.The control program of the MCU was performed. The schematic diagram for the CPLD has been accomplishedAccording to the results of the experiments, the feasibility of the system has been proved. Some ideas are provided to improve the usability of the system.Major innovation of this dissertationPolymer optical fiber is used in the detection system to simplify the structure of the optical system. The method of correction has been given, which was proved by experiments.Reduce the cost of the system by selecting proper components and simplifying the structure of the optical part.
