| At present,in the conformal radiotheraphy, one of the methods for protecting normal tissues is to add adaptive lead-mould.However, it is easy to appear bigger deflection of shape or dimension, and to genereate lead vapor and the dirt of plastics in the forming process.As the result it brings serous pollutions and does bad harm to people'health. With the CAD/CAM system of digital adaptive lead-mould, making adaptive lead-mould may avoid this phenomenon,and at the same time improve the precise of the lead-mould,and realizes the automation of lead-mould forming.Initially, contour must be extracted from X-Ray image.For the present there are many methods for extracting contour,but no one can be adequated for the need of the CAD/CAM in developing digital adaptive lead-mould .It needs depending on the computer for realizing the recognition of the contour in order to achieve the automation of lead-mould forming,and to be ready for the design and machining.The paper exerts the analysis of the theory,the research of the technology,the comparision of calculation,the design of the numben etc.The study was carried out for the recognition of X-Ray image.At first the basic theory of digital image processing was studied and analysed ,including the image smooth,image thinning,the image filter and spot exert.Theory of the digital image processing was applied for achieving their function. An improving window transformation was raised, it transforms the old method of window transformation and improve the effect of the image quality. It will benefit the extraction of the object.A new thinning method was put forward based on the old one. An improving method of contour extraction based on the old contour trace was advanced, and achieves the automation for the recognition of the contour. |
