The task stated in this thesis is a part of the national-funded project for natural science, which is the studying of the designing theory and the materializing method for the Micro Free Piston Swing Engine (MFPSE). It is mainly to make thermodynamics analysis for the Micro Free Piston Swing Engine with ANSYS. For this analysis, its working course state parameters are needed at first. But restricted by the present condition, it is unable to examine the objective data of the working course of MFPSE by the test. So, consulting the working course number value computing technology of traditional internal-combustion engine, considering its own characteristic of MFPSE, through certain model supposing and equivalent changing, this text has summarized a set of methods applied to numerical simulation calculation of MFPSE. And programming with MATLAB for the calculation, then has plotted the working curve.From the number value calculated before, drew 31 groups data of temperature and pressure as the even load of thermodynamics analyses. According to datum withdrawn, defined 31 load steps in ANSYS; solved it with the multi-step load solution method, put coupling thermodynamics transient state analysis to the cylinder block and the centre swing separately. The item was as temperature field, effect force field and strain field etc. At last the interfering state of the two was analyzed.Through the analyzing of the cylinder block and the centre swing, found that no matter the selected or the design of the structure all have some insufficiencies. First, the material of the two parts can't meet the demands in heat resistance and rigidity, proposing adopting such material as alloy based oxidizing aluminum or pottery or other purpose-built alloy. Secondly, some are weaker in the cylinder block as middle part of the top wall of combustion chamber, the two clipping arm, the side walls for the left and right of pre-compress room etc., and need strengthening. While, there is some sealing questions for cambered surface of both ends of the centre swing.Though perhaps there will be differences between calculating value and actual value, but the difference for the distribution of the hot force field of part will not be too big as actual conditions.
