In recent years, as a result of the country's enlarging investment to the electric power construction.In 2006,the power and demand of the electricity in our country will easy up, 2003 and 2004 complexion of big area lacks of the electricity will not to be able to appear once more. But, the summer air conditioning load possibly can create short-time, partial scope short of electric power. The sharp growth of the electricity usage of the air conditioning is one of reasons why the spike load climbs unceasingly. Therefore, the air conditioning load'influence to the safe, stable, the economical movement of the electrical network should cause the government department responsible for the work and the electric power company takes highly. Along with society's development,living level is improving., the number of the central air conditioning user is increasing progressively year by year. The central air conditioning uses electricity occupies quite part of electric quantities to all uses electricity the load and accounts for the ratio to rise unceasingly. Therefore we must make reasonable adjustment to the load of the air conditioning electricity usage, takes demand side management measures like the economy, technology measures, realise air conditioning load effective management, suppresses its growth effectively, alleviate contradictory of the peak power scarcely in summer,improve the energy sources'efficiency.The alternation stops of the centralized air conditioning is one kind of good technology to solute the problem of electric power short. The specific request of this topic is as follows:(1) Using statistic as well as the load of characteristic analysis method to analyze the load characteristic in summer of Nanjing 2005, we need to find out Nanjing's summer biggest air conditioning load, centralized air conditioning load as well as air conditioning load structure composition.(2) Meteorological factor and biggest load relevant analysis: Analyse and compare interrelation among highest temperature, the lowest temperate human body comfort level index and the biggest load,obtains what kind of meteorological factor in the analysis foundation and the biggest load relevance is strongest, as well as each kind of meteorological factor to shoulders the change the influence as well as the influence important degree.It is the base for Load forecasting.(3) Tntroduced the research idea on duty-cycling control technique of central air condition system. Then, the technical schemes of central air condition system was compared and optimized in aspects of prophase investigation, system control and communication method by practical case. The simulation analysis air conditioning alternation stops technical the implementation the influence which summer shoulders to Nanjing.
