Coarse Frame Characteristic And Reaserch On Frame Concrete

Concrete is a complex material which is consisted by multi-materials. The strength comes from coarse aggregate, mortar and interfacial transition zone. Frame-mortar ratio opens out coarse aggregate and mortar constribute proportion for strength. Adopting frame-mortar ratio in reason, it could exert plenitude the strength of coarse aggregate and mortar, and make the close-grained degree biggest, and obtain the prime strength.Coarse aggregate has special functions in theory of framework concrete, this paper makes comprehensive study on its frame characteristic. At the same time, thinking of the actions of mortar, the parameter of sand-mortar ratio is devised. Further, this paper establishes concrete design model with parameters of frame-mortar ratio, sand-mortar ratio and water.This thesis mainly includes some parts:Firstly, using DIP method to process the shaping character parameter, deposit voidage of coarse aggregates is studied and function relationship between voidage and shape character is established.Secondly, according to three parameter of concrete design: frame paste ratio, sand mortar ratio and water, the mix proportion is designed through compaction model.Thirdly, test results show, the compress strength only declines 0.2% when cement reduces 25kg, which completely satisfy the design. At the same time, research on the forst resistiance, Cl~- penetration resistiance and carbonization resistiance is carried out, and the results well satisfy design demands, and also have more economic because of less cement.The design method in paper is different from the conventional method .It improves the economics of concrete and provides reference value for concrete material design. It makes concrete design from experiential look in list to scientific function calculate, which becomes more nicety and shortcut.The content and conclusion of this paper, has positive action and significance to perfect the frame concrete theory.
