CAD technology is widely used the high speed calculation and drawing of computer, to service for the project design and product design, with the virtue of high intelligence,high profit, condense technology, high speed for innovation, the high strong point for entire. The combination of the CAD and heat exchanger design is the new development trendency,But result from the considerable specialty of CAD software development, existing chemical equipment CAD software get behind computer application technology and have a series of problems in development, maintenance, extension and upgrade. So it shows great values to figure out a practical set of heat exchangers CAD (HECAD) system.The author discusses the requirement analysis, system analysis and system design on HECAD system using unified modeling language (UML) and object-oriented technology, combinates the conceptions of heat exchanger design and CAD, then establishes use case models, class models and dynamic models. The author builds many open independent shared databases on material capability, standard parts and materials. On this basis the author develops the parts system with the advantage of code high reusing, easily being understood, maintained, changed and expanded with Visual C++6.0 on the platform of Windows2000, develops system interface, easily being used, simple, beautiful and friendly, and finishes system realization.Under the consideration of variety of heat exchanger's structure and the complexity of heat exchang factors,the author builds the assembly drawing and parts drawing database using the parameterized technology and ObjectARX, designs an algorithm to clean covered lines. HECAD system realizes to design heat exchangers on the basis of GB-151, integrates function such as structure design, stress checking, document compiling and assembly drawing generating, which is specially realized in tubular heat exchanger, can greatly simplify the work of designer and improve their efficiency. |
