There are complicated structure in rock system, ingenerally, the rock was regarded as a multiphase medium with inhomogeneous anisotropic incontinuity medium. when the fracture was the main characteristic and was distributed densely, the rock system was regarded as the equivalent continuous multiphase medium. the paper was base on the seepage theory of fissured rock, and the theory of fracture mechanics was used to deduce the influence of variation of rock strength under different fissured water pressure, and the Darcy law was used to introduce equivalent seepage parameters of equivalent continuous rock ,and build the mathematical model which considering seepage field and stress field under seepage water pressure, the refutations of osmotic coefficient of fissured rock was done by the optimization hereditary arithmetic, the logical parameter was to be provided for the numerical simulation of seepage of fissured rock. at last, the mathematical model was simulated, which was used to stimulat the coal of Chang GouYu, according to the results of coupled analysis of different terrane and the determine of water bursting in coal mining ,the authentic data and the rationalization proposal was proposed...
