The Base-isolation technology with ordinary laminated rubber bearing proved an effective method for lattice shell structures to resist the earthquake disaster, and is used widely in project practice. But with more and more projects built, the ordinary laminated rubber bearing also shows out many defects, such as the lack of restitute capacity after large deformation, the inadequate of its own dissipation. It can't. resist the vertical seismic response either. This thesis presents a new type of 3-D isolated bearing after the analysis of ordinary laminated rubber bearing, this bearing is composite with ordinary laminated rubber bearing, shape memory alloy(SMA) and disk spring. Ordinary laminated rubber bearing is used for the horizontal seismic isolation, the disk spring series with the bearing is used for vertical seismic isolation, the SMA can provide elastic restitute capacity and dissipation for the bearing, though this way ,the performance of ordinary laminated rubber bearing be improved greatly. In order to demonstrate the feasibility of the 3-D isolated bearing, the SMA material experiment is finished. The result shows that the 3-D isolated bearing has better performance than the ordinary laminated rubber bearing. Though the isolate effect comparative analysis of lattice shell structures with 3-D isolated bearing and ordinary laminated rubber bearing respectively, the result shows the horizontal seismic isolate effect of the 3-D isolated bearing is better than the ordinary laminated rubber bearing, it also can resist vertical seismic greatly.
