Study On The Design Of Entrance Space Of Underground Commercial Building

With the development of city economy, there are great needs for commercial space, especially in the downtown and district near the downtown. However, it is impossible to build all the commercial buildings on the ground. For this reason, more and more underground ground commercial building present to the city. And, the subway spurs the development of underground ground commercial building.The entrance of underground commercial building is an important part of underground commercial space. Also, it is a transitions, transparence and combination between city space and underground commercial space. With the development of underground commercial space, more and more entrance of underground commercial space comes forth in the city, which has responsibility to the commonality of city and relate with ordinary life of people. How to create appropriate entrance space of underground commercial buildings, harmonize the ground and underground space are serious problem to us.This paper pointed on the character of entrance to underground commercial. Through the analysis of multilayer of the entrance space, this paper bring a way to find methods and approach of building a safe, comfortable and suitable entrance of underground commercial space. And it can provide an attracting and perfect place for people to shop and rest.This paper research on the entrance of underground commercial space by the theory and example, analyze some representative design of entrance of underground commercial space in Xian, sum up the strong and weak points of those design and verify the method and approach for the entrance space design.
