The study of architecture space is an eternal subject within the domain of architecture. Buddhism architecture is very important within Chinese architecture. Its religious value, historical value and building value form a spiritual system which is based on the unique doctrine of Buddhism. This is illustrated by constructs in which each value can be seen to inform and influence each other.The architecture is a marriage of the material and the spiritual. Research within the realm of Buddhism architecture, should pay particular attention to its spiritual value after having enough understanding of its material value, because this is the reason why Buddhism architecture has existed for a long time. The Aesthetic of Buddhism Monastery is concerned with Buddhism feeling and symbolic. Under the theory the Buddhism space will be unique and permanently.Wudang Lamasery is a Tibetan Buddhism Monastery which is collection many kinds of functions. in these construction spaces, a part which we call deity space serves for the Buddhism religious doctrine, for example axis, gig prayer wheels road, mourning hall and so on; the other part which we call it human space serves for the daily life, for example institute, kitchen, monk shed and so on.In the thesis we will able to gain an understanding of the Spatial Characteristics of Wudang Lamasery by an analysis of the overall layout, the main body constructs ,internal space, selected location, spool thread application, symmetry, balance, centralized plan, spatial characteristics, elevation change, color change, location change , path change and special circumambulation. The Spatial Characteristics of Wudang Lamasery is (1) Deity Space has priority; (2) Deity Space and human space coexist perfectly; (3) Buddhism emotionality; (4) organic.
